Track starts in FF, runs runs thusly (notes describe work remaining; F denotes finished): 

(1) Pulpwood Logpile

(2) Hanging Log 

(3) Creek “ditch” (missing last cap on post)

track corner needs to be softened, some shrubberies removed

(9) Stoned Ditch needs border logs, plastic, stones

(11) Last Chance needs to be designed and built, only exists in my mind (large oxer-looking thing?  It’d be different, anyway.  Like a table?  or a fan?  Tiger trap? Cordwood stack?  THINK OF SOMETHING!)

plus about having your home xc course go through a campground: it's shady minus about having your home xc course go through a campground: if you run it in the summer, there will be people camping.

so this morning, as we were running along the trail that leads to the campground, i turned to rach: "do you smell bacon? i smell bacon" "and pancakes" "gahdfdsifjkdsfjsfklj"

it's not like we're obsessive over food or anything, or that we smelled bacon and were thinking 'oh no... can't eat THAT' just that when you're running and you smell food it's kind of annoying, hahaha. we then proceeded to practically run through 4 families' campsites (imaginary conversation: "your CAMPGROUND is in our xc course." "your XC COURSE is in our campground!"), get weird stares from a huge church group/familiy reunion that was the source of the bacon smell, and hope no one saw when we turned into the wrong place to get back on the road by the 1.25 mile marker.
