{☯} — "I guess it doesn't get any better than this," the cotton-topped male sighed as he straightened his already straight tie for the sixth time in the span of a few minutes. Stepping away from the full-body mirror, Tristan took a look at his form. His white hair was styled carefully to the side and all but glued into place. Skin that looked as pale and pasty as ever. And a suit. A black suit complimented with a royal blue tie to compliment the hues of his optics. Only, nothing could really mirror them on this day. No words could describe the emotionless pit that lingered deep in those blue-green tinted orbs. But he could feel it regardless.
Turning from his own reflection, the boy started his way out of the room and down the hall where he could hear distant giggling of multiple ladies which only proceeded to notify him that he was in the correct place. Tap. Tap. Tap. The room full of laughter was silenced as he rapped lightly on the door, only to be greeted by an unfamiliar face opening the door only enough to stick her face out. In all honesty, she reminded him of a troll guarding the bridge or something like that. "Tell Blondie that Tristan is here and wants to see her." He stated plainly. "No one is suppose to see the br — "
Before the troll-girl could finish her sentence, Tristan had already pressed his palm to the door and shoved it forward to open it. "Alright everyone out. NOW. Best man coming through." He could see the looks of irritation and distaste very plainly on all the girl's faces but he couldn't care less. "Uh huh, yeah. See ya." His eyes averted from the blonde girl staring at him out of the corner of his eye. He didn't want to look. Not yet. Because perhaps.. if he saw her in that gown.. this would all be real. He wouldn't actually wake up to find it had been a dream. And then finally the room had emptied of everyone except the two. "So I guess this is the big day, huh blondie?" He stated simply before finally turning his attention to her form.
His breath caught in his throat almost instantly. She had always been beautiful, but today she was simply radiant. With blonde curls that cascaded down along the edge of her facial structure and her dress that crafted so carefully every dip and curve of her body to a point that could only be sinful. Tristan's throat constricted in the moment from the many thoughts and emotions that flashed through his mind and waged war on his heart. Offering a shaking smile he spoke smoothly, "Are you ready to be walked down the isle, Ashley?"
