the second i saw mc mom's design i knew id adapt rhys as a lost in limbo mc,,, and i was indeed enthralled,, a few notes for his relationships to everyone else and rhys' characterization (spoilers) - he died to the creatures once, was brought back - met envy first and became his number one enemy instantly (couldn't escape the grasp of his hand although he wanted to)
- does feel like he owes amon a bit but never got to thank him (and gets hypervigilant when he touches him, he doesnt mind, but it does throw him off the loop a bit)
- terrified of gael's powers - finds ara's enthusiasm and optimism misplaced (but only really can't empathize the way she does, although he could learn from it) - bends the knee for raeya only (something about her has him relent) - xal became a target /pos once he understood xal kept quiet about him thus enabling his survival, and everyone's favor turning warmer to him - not convinced by father pride's fatigued yet somehow mellow character, although he reveres his power - he's still very wary of him
