[Case Study] RWA Raiffeisen Ware: Migrating a CRM+ERP/2 Solution onto XPages, DB2, Cloud
RWA - an Austrian cooperative warehousing organisation ("Lagerhaus") implemented X-Sell, a country-wide multi tenancy CRM solution provided by IBM business partner INTRANET Software & Consulting.
Starting in 2003 the solution was a dezentralized Domino implementation with servers per location (Replication). Functional requirements not provided by the legacy ERP system have been implemented into the CRM system.
Increasing data volumes (e.g. transactions stored in CRM) and new innovations (Mobile, Social, Big Data,...) requested a technical redesign: XPages User Interface, DB2 data store and zentralized, shared service in a cloud.
