They live in the high mountains, most specifically on the Mainline range, that splits the country east and west. The Mainlines are well traveled, but most trade paths steer clear of the higher cliffs, where forest is thick and hasn't been cleared even after the coming of the Inver colonists. The Tree Giants live in these temperate rainforests, some people suggest in the thickest, deepest parts, away from most touches of Inver imperialism.

It’s been one of those days. I blame the heat.

Probably the heat and the soul ripping horror of spending 2 unplanned days with my parents.

Oh man...you're doing all the right things, don't listen to him. Keep looking, and get something you can afford now. You can always find a better one when your lease is up. You'll need the extra money at first to settle in.

Also, the best part of moving out IS setting your own schedule. It’s called being an adult ;o) I hope you’re not taking what he’s saying to heart.

Thanks, I'm glad you think so. Sometimes I'm not sure if I'm going crazy or what.

The problem though is that I don't have enough money to get an apartment on my own. Originally, mom was going to ask my aunt if she could give me a $1000 loan, and my aunt seemed excited to do it, but then my mom decided to pull out at the last moment and instead ask if she and dad could borrow $4500 for the house. I'm not blaming my mom and dad for that, since they need the money to pay off debt, but when I asked my mom about the $1000 loan, she got frustrated with me and said it would be rude to ask for more money.

So I'm kind of stuck depending on my parents right now to help me out--which, since they have to borrow money, I'm not sure how they're going to do? But that's another story anyroad.

The big problem is that since I'm depending on them, they are going to have their fingers in every decision I make in my move, including the apartment.

congratulations, you just out-taught a teacher i paid 70 dollars to take a class from.

D: that sounds like a terrible teacher.

Well, then again, I think I can kind of understand that, unless it's for a class that's actually focused on perspective instead of just, say, generalized drawing. I've had a lot of classes where the teachers try to teach perspective, by which I mean, they say "Draw a horizontal line and put a dot on it, and that is your horizon line and  your vanishing point" without even explaining what any of that means.

Augh, I'm sorry that I didn't see these earlier. I was wondering why no one was there XDDDD

Livestream was doing a bunch of weird stuff when I was trying to operate it too--like, the sound was being pretty bitchy, but I eventually did figure it out. I would go back onto livestream right now and do another painting, but I dunno if anyone is awake at this time now.

You need to keep them apart. Rats chatter their teeth when they’re happy (bruxing), and piggies usually do that when there’s danger. The guinea pigs always try to nibble the rat’s tails. I wouldn’t advise putting them together.

Rats are awesome pets! As I speak, my boys Alfred and Hitchcock are bumbling around my room. I’ve been keeping pet rats for over 8 years. They make fantastic pets. If you have any questions, throw them my way. I currently have 4 girls and 2 boys.
