This afternoon, I attended the latest edition of the #WYNNMasterClass series, a Tequila Master Class experience at @Elio_LV—the contemporary #Mexican restaurant by @EnriqueOlveraF, @DanielaSotoInnes, and @Santiago.Perez at @WynnLasVegas—hosted (via #Zoom) by the world’s first #MaestraTaquilera, herself, @CasaDragones co-Founder, @BerthaGonzalezN, who led us through a tasting of all three expressions of the #CasaDragones portfolio (the #CasaDragonesJoven, the #CasaDragonesBlanco, and the #CasaDragonesBarrelBlend) paired with a menu by #Elio’s #ExecutiveChef, @SarahCThompson_ in collaboration with esteemed mixologist, @Mariena_The_Wanderlush_. I’m not normally one for #DayDrinking, but far be it from me to pass up an opportunity to kick up my heels (and harden my liver) alongside these formidably talented women who are the bright, shining lights in their respective fields.
