In the morning core/ab work with @crossfitscheveningen. In the afternoon, another 10k run in the books. Moving to a new country was difficult in ways I don't often discuss. As I listen and see thoughts on Remembrance and Liberation I know it was a hard choice, but the right choice. Social distancing, shelter in place, self quarantine, wearing face masks. These are not acts of oppression, these are acts of compassion towards others.
