And yeah, maybe it isn’t really a midlife crisis if you’re doing it at thirty-five, and maybe flying to America at the drop of a hat to look up friends he hasn’t spoken to in years is crazy by anyone’s standards, but George is determined to hunt for a man who doesn’t want to be found. i really wanted to make that hit with Hashirama just being oblivious until the very end. the precious tree idiot is a bit blind, one could say 🤦🏻♀️
i do see the crew warming up to Mito tho tbh - she's a powerful character in her own right and i don't think she'd grovel or anything for anyone's forgiveness for being so harsh at first, but i think everyone would come to mutually respect each other, even if there's a bit prickly-ness around bc Madara's still gonna hold a grudge about the right-hand comment/insulting his friend for a bit 🤷🏻♀️ not to mention Tobirama not so subtly staring her down anytime she starts talking to the reader just in case there's another fiasco
