I was on Gatherer today and I noticed that the Oracle for Telethopter (Tempest) says that you need to tap any creature to activate its ability, but the Tempest Remastered version says you need to tap an untapped creature. Is there any difference between these printings? Thanks!
You can't tap a creature for a cost that isn't untapped. We started spelling it out on the card to be clearer but the rule was always true.
