survival mode 2, so an expansion to the first one that includes:
overheating - results in the climber to overheat and lack ability to properly breath, which results in hands getting tired even faster adding up to the hubger meter and hands already normally loosing stamina
temperature debuffs - you wanna go into the trash chute? expect the heat to make you weaker to damage. want to pass through the cold empty abyss? expect being shuddered by the cold of the expanse of emptiness, resulting in your arms freezing and having even more weakened stamina amounts
sanity - sanity would start affecting you when seeing enemies or being hurt, which would scale with how long the wound gets left untreaded. meeting teeth and hearing their cries of hunger makes the climber shudder and be scared, resulting in sanity going down, entering next regions and subregions, results in sanity going down. seeing face, sanity down. being near vent things, sanity down...
healing minigame - to make this even worse for everyone, just throw in a similar bandaid system to what you do in casualitues unknown with bandaids, basically actually wrappibg your wounds up real time, tho youd heal instantly for the sake of progression and running from the mass
