As a long-time nerd, it is only with glee that I can state I once helped Eloy write a (mediocre) WoD fan supplement entitled WoD: Shanghai for the Ex Libris Nocturnis forums (RIP), and played in a forum based rpg with him. This fact is entirely unrelated to the post at hand though, merely me bragging about my nerd-cred.
What is at focus, is the strong and open approach he is taking to the development of his newest game for Third-Eye Games; Part-Time Gods, a game in which you balance divinity and normality. Open, friendly, communicative and always listening, Eloy engages you the readers in the process of building the game. This is similiar to the approach the writers for White-Wolf's Exalted have been taking; but that's a post for another day.
I highly recommend that if you have any appreciation for indie RPG's you take the time to explore the various lines available at 3EG: Apocalypse Prevention Inc; Wu-Xing; Part-Time Gods.
