Move Your Keister, Mister! || Earthquake || Thatcher & Lily
Months of training on emergency procedures and survival tactics were often left pointless. She'd never expected to actually be caught in an Earthquake. Fire, maybe. Flood? Sure. But when the ground began to rumble beneath Lily's feet, the building groaning as screams sung out in the air, she found herself perplexed as what was going on. It wasn't until a voice rung out that Lily picked up what on Earth was going on.
"Earthquake!"
The magic word knocked Lily out of her stunned daze, dropping her plate as she bolted towards the closest door. Even with tall heels, Lily kept perfect grace and pace, clearing obstacles with ease. A part of the floor had busted, a large hole in the floor breaking open. She'd make it. She knew it. It wasn't even much of a leap. Except, well, she hadn't expected someone to collide with her in the dazed panic. Lily's path was broken, tripping and falling through the hole. She landed harshly on her side, groaning and shifting to sit up. Someone was beside her. Whether they'd been the one that had ran into her, or someone she'd suddenly 'dropped in on', she didn't know. However, the ground beneath her had stopped rumbling, and silence had settled in.
"You okay there, honey?"
