Alice has a... unique relationship with this family. She doesn't hate them she's obsessed with them. Wants to study them, experiment on them. Being a doctor, One-Eye and Saw-tooth would probably despise her too many bad memories with orderlies.

Her relationship with Three Finger is... unusual. She hates him, but at the same time, it's more obsession than love. And with her crazy, arrogant personality, she's pretty hard to love (if you can even call it that). As for the rest of the family they don't really like her either, whether it's because of her personality or simply because she's an outsider, not part of their family tree

Alice has been a psychopath since childhood, thanks to her parents. Growing up in Japan meant a very strict upbringing: no affection, no family warmth just discipline and work. So... it makes her jealous to see that some inbred family has a better family dynamic than she ever did. Oh, and she's also involved in some... illegal activities "a project to resurrect the dead".
