You're handwriting is so inspiring. I love looking at all the words on the page, i wish i could do that. I love collecting journals but can never manage to write anything in them. When I do, I'm unsatisfied with it and end up abandoning it. I long to be able to fill a journal like you do. I can never find anything to talk about when i try and sit down with a journal.
Hi! And thank you! I definitely know how you feel. I like my entries to be âperfectâ (at least in my view) and if itâs not I often feel like it wasnât worth doing at all. This is something Iâve really been working on, being satisfied without it being quite perfect. I have many, many journals that I have started and not finished and each one was a thorn in my side. I have one journal that took me almost three years to fill and I still didnât really make it. The thing I eventually realized is, who cares? If you end up not liking that notebook then itâs okay to move on. Itâs your journal and itâs supposed to be helping you so write or draw or create what you want and when you want to. If it doesnât turn out they way you envisioned then itâs okay to let it go and try again. This post might help you will things to write about when you get the urge to write.
