His  ironclad  gaze  peels  away  from  the  [  𝖳𝖠𝖱𝖦𝖤𝖳𝖲  ]  men  blanketed  beneath  the  neon  lighting,  eyes  softening  as  it  settles  upon  Peter’s  painfully  oblivious  expression.  It  almost  made  him  laugh  …  𝚝𝚑𝚊𝚝  𝚍𝚞𝚘  𝚑𝚊𝚍  𝚋𝚎𝚎𝚗  𝚠𝚘𝚛𝚔𝚒𝚗𝚐   𝚑𝚒𝚖  𝚏𝚘𝚛  𝚑𝚊𝚕𝚏   𝚝𝚑𝚎  𝚗𝚒𝚐𝚑𝚝,  𝚝𝚛𝚢𝚒𝚗𝚐   𝚝𝚘  𝚙𝚞𝚕𝚕  𝚝𝚑𝚎  𝚖𝚊𝚗  𝚒𝚗𝚝𝚘   𝚠𝚑𝚊𝚝𝚎𝚟𝚎𝚛  𝚝𝚑𝚛𝚎𝚎𝚜𝚘𝚖𝚎  𝚜𝚒𝚝𝚞𝚊𝚝𝚒𝚘𝚗  𝚝𝚑𝚎𝚢  𝚠𝚎𝚛𝚎   𝚌𝚞𝚛𝚛𝚎𝚗𝚝𝚕𝚢  𝚘𝚗  𝚝𝚑𝚎  𝚙𝚛𝚘𝚠𝚕   𝚏𝚘𝚛,  𝚊𝚗𝚍  𝚝𝚑𝚒𝚜  𝚖𝚞𝚌𝚑  𝚠𝚊𝚜  𝚊𝚋𝚞𝚗𝚍𝚊𝚗𝚝𝚕𝚢   𝚌𝚕𝚎𝚊𝚛.  They  hadn’t  quite  given  up  yet,  but  had  definitely  dialed  it  down  once  they  realized  that  Peter  wasn’t  exactly  catching  on  to  their  offer. 

“You  might  wanna  check  those  special  senses  of  yours  are  still  working,  because  I  can  promise  you,  we  ain’t  that  rare.”  

The  drink  he’s  only  half  heartedly  sipping  on  takes  its  spot  on  the  back  burner  for  the  moment,  setting  it  down  on  the  bar  top  as  he  leans  over  to  ᴹᵁᴿᴹᵁᴿ  against  the  shell  of  Peter’s  ear.  “In  about  ten  seconds,  I’m  going  to  kiss  you.  Then  you’re  gonna  watch  for  their  reaction.”  

True  to  his  word  and  with  a  ᴾᴼᴵᴺᵀ  to  prove,  glove  laden  hands  slide  forward  to  form  a  grip  around  the  other  man’s  waist  and  reel  him  in  for  a  kiss.  The  sheer  intensity  of  it  is  driven  by  the  ᴴᴱᴬᵀ  of  his  mouth,  a  borderline  feral  maneuver  on  his  part  in  an  attempt  to  hold  the  passion  captive  between  their  lips.  That  familiar  taste  floods  his  senses  instantaneously,  and  he  lingers  there  for  a  bit  longer  than  he  needs  to,  soaking  up  every  last  bit  of  Peter’s  attention.  Alright,  maybe  it  wasn’t  just  about  proving  a  stupid  point;  his  intentions  were  murky,  but  that  had  little  to  do  with  anything.  ( 𝖳𝖧𝖤  𝖣𝖨𝖲𝖠𝖯𝖯𝖮𝖨𝖭𝖳𝖬𝖤𝖭𝖳  𝖱𝖠𝖣𝖨𝖠𝖳𝖨𝖭𝖦  𝖮𝖥𝖥  𝖳𝖧𝖤  𝖢𝖮𝖴𝖯𝖫𝖤  𝖶𝖠𝖲  𝖯𝖠𝖫𝖯𝖠𝖡𝖫𝖤. )  As  Bucky  withdraws,  still  holding  him  close,  he  whispers.

What were they? Feral animals who bit each other for.... what? A quizzical look is thrown Spiderman's way at the question. ❝ Uh-huh, for science. ❞ He echoes, trying to decide what the hell that must mean right now. Clint looks the other up and down, then down at himself. Did... did he tick him off or... or something?

The one that had cared about the LIFE OF THE PARTY and all the FUN things in life . Or so it had APPEARED on the outside . Few people knew the TRUTH of the matter . And two of them happened to be the ones INVOLVED in the conversation at hand now .

" I just figured ... maybe some PRIVACY would be better ... " Considering the kind of things they'd LAST talked about ? The type of POTENTIAL that still lay there despite her INTENTIONS now ? Perhaps it was to make sure if things received a touch of her TEMPTER , there wouldn't be a CROWD of onlookers .
