A friendly reminder...
There has been a rise of new WoW players.
I want you to take a moment before you blow a gasket at this person who’s in your dungeon (no matter the level) and remember what it was like to be new. Then add to that the current state of WoW LFG system and the people you typically find in it:
The ‘Go’ guys. The DPS that won’t sit the fuck still. The Healers that pull ahead because the tank isn’t pulling fast enough. The tanks that pull five rooms and won’t wait for anybody. The silence. The hateful comments. This supposed stigma that everyone should know everything because WoW has been out FOREVER.
Remember that before you say anything in party or send any whispers. Remember that just because it’s easy for YOU it may not be easy for them. It doesn’t matter if they’re wearing heirlooms, heirlooms are super easy to get nowadays.
Just take a few minutes of the time you were going to spend playing the game anyways and explain to them. Don’t degrade to hateful comments or slurs.
They paid for the game. They pay for their subscription. They’re just like the rest of us, logging on to have fun. And if they don’t want to listen or wish to continue playing THEIR way? You did not buy their game, you did not pay for their time. Put them on ignore and you won’t ever have to queue with them again.
