Cauliflower fried rice and chicken. This was really good. The first time I tried to make cauliflower fried rice it was not good. I hunk because the cauliflower wasn't blended small enough. I did need sesame oil and did not have any but his was delicious. The chicken was really the win but coupled with the faux rice 👌🏻 #wencooks #wouldmakeagain #lowcarb

And to end off today’s little blog, I will be talking about all of the things that I liked and disliked. First, I loved the pretzel recipe because it was super simple and very easy to follow. My group had no trouble understanding it, which made our experience very enjoyable and fun. I loved that the recipe had instructions about how to form and shape the pretzels. None of us had ever baked any, so this made the process 100 times better. I also like that this recipe created a lot of the final product, so there was more than enough to share amongst ourselves. However, the one thing that I didn’t really like was how long it took. The recipe did say that in all, it would take us about 1 hour and 45 minutes to complete everything. In actuality, it took my group just under 4 hours from start to finish. This could be because we took longer to shape the pretzels and were washing some dishes in between, but the amount of time it took us to finish vs what the recipe says is very different. If we didn’t have two days to work on this, the class would have definitely been in trouble. I know now that next time, I will definitely be carving out a lot of time to bake this, or I may have to just make less of it. In all, I had a lot of fun creating these pretzels and devouring them! I would definitely make it again. :)
Chicken & Veggie Pasta Primavera ❤️ This recipe wanted SO many veggies, more than I would use in my stir fry’s, but it was so worth it. I love making dishes that are bright and colorful and this was right up my alley. Thankful that @mmajeski92 was game to try something different that had a lot of veggies in it.
