Photos of five plastic film cans containing 16mm prints of Jittlov’s short films, sold via eBay in August 2016.  These prints were originally sold by Jittlov himself via an ad in Starlog magazine (see here).  Mike’s business card (see here) is stuck onto the green can for The Wizard Of Speed & Time (1979).

Excerpts from the Wonderful World of Disney TV special The Adventures Of Major Effects (1979), featuring Mike Jittlov debuting his "Camera Wizard” character.  Not only was this footage re-used (with alternate audio/music) for the short film The Wizard Of Speed & Time (1979), the making of it inspired the feature film of the same name.

The infamous demo reel assembled by Mike in 1983 (despite the 1979 copyright date at the end) to show off his effects skills to prospective employers and producers.

For the curious/masochistic among you, here is a 23-minute excerpt from the Wonderful World Of Disney TV special The Adventures Of Major Effects (1979), in which Mike played the Camera Wizard and unveiled the first incarnation of The Wizard Of Speed And Time (1979).  Sadly, this clip only features a few seconds of Mike's work (at 21:33-21:39 if you want to skip ahead) - hopefully the full special will be uploaded one day!
