How to convince someone their worth loving?
I don’t really know what this is, I just need somewhere to dump my thoughts. I have a friend who lives far from me, a couple thousand miles, and this person I consider to be a little brother. But he’s in a really rough situation, bad parents, bad home life, and I just want to get him out. There’s three and a half years til I can rescue him, but right now it’s just trying to keep his morale up. See the issue with this is that the boy doesn’t think he’s worth loving. He doesn’t put any value in himself, and he doesn’t believe me no matter how many times I tell him I love him - that he’s loved. I just love him, and I want him to be okay and know that he’s valued, it’s just kinda a sucky situation.
