i feel like its disrespectful to people who are physically hearing impaired for me to say that i have hearing problems because i have apd...? but i dont know how else to phrase that my apd is a genuine issue without people going 'oh lol i get that too' like... you dont.. its not just zoning out sometimes and not catching what people say its a genuine problem with how i process sound.. but people understand when i say i have hearing problems. am i allowed to say that? or should i stop?
