In our ever-changing and moving world, we are confronted with ourselves and society. Because of the world as we use to know it isn't that perfect. In fact, it's an imperfect, ugly, ignorant and sometimes even vulgar place. Our planet's temperature is rising, 200 million people remain unemployed, pollution has never been such a big health problem, we fight against systems and only seem to be able to communicate through screens. However, as a design student, I like to think differently. I like to see opportunities and solutions instead of problems. By making objects, graphics, sharing ideas and concepts, we can try to make this world a little bit more connected.
As a creator, I don't believe an object should be the end result of a process. In my eyes, the interaction, movements or reactions that an object can create is getting closer to an end result.
