PDA (Paranormal Detective Agency) [name pending]:
Oakley Williams- founder; "mother figure" basically. shes like 25 but the others are all her Small Children. She's in charge of connections & securing whatever is needed. Knows several languages, weirdly proficient with most common weaponry.Â
Xavier Reynolds- 2nd member; in charge of keeping track of Aberrants, noting patterns, and doing research. It's a self-designated role. Oakley doesn't care that much about where the Abberants came from so much as she wants to get rid of them. Very bookish, not so great at physical tasks.Â
Nathanael- theoretical 3rd member; moves to the area a good length of time after the founding of the PDA. Moved to [the city] largely for the purpose of finding someone to make him a prosthetic arm of better quality than his hometown in Australia was capable of. Hazel can probably do this. For a price.Â
Electric Circuit (bar frequented by Augments (people who have been technologically modified) and, unofficially, people involved with Aberrants)
Hazel Hayes- owns and runs EC; provides Tags and information, for a price. Mainly makes her living hacking things for money. Doesn't get along well with people, though she tolerates Oakley pretty well. Pretty much lacks a moral compass.
CAM (cipher antiencryption matrix)- rather glitchy AI who helps Hazel with her exploits. Can change appearance at will, and can control electronics (theoretically people). Invisible under most circumstances, but visible within EC and Hazel's house due to projectors. Hazel can always see them, due to augmented vision, but most other people cannot do so without the aid of projectors or Tags.
Sylvan- "antagonist" to the PDA, in that she believes Aberrants are not naturally malicious and seeks to prevent their indiscriminate destruction. She is a permanant hose to a/n Aberrant[s] and, as a result, unfamiliar Aberrants will tend to see her as an ally or as a neutral figure.Â
