Insanity Fit Test
Day 1
First time doing insanity....kinda. Technically I haven't started yet....since it was just the fit test. It was hard for me because I was unable to do some of the exercises like the push-up jacks so I did plank jacks. :P
Also the squat jumps..... those were a killer!!!!
The others I could do but I took breaks.
Lets see how day 2 goes on WEDNESDAY! Yes I am doing insanity every other day rather than everyday. But I will do other workouts tomorrow :)
