Thank you both! I ended up falling asleep by 9 p.m. and managed 6 1/2 hours of sleep! (That’s a huge thing for me currently ...)

*hugs you all* Thank you! It’s just hard to feel like a good person when you’re told that you’re making hurtful comments to the point that some of your friends don’t even know if you like them :( ... There will be a need for lots of talking to clear the air. Journaling is a good idea, though - might also help to keep records of my thoughts for the next therapy session, too.

Thanks! Alas, I don’t have cream cheese in the house right now D: (or half-and-half but I’d need to frankenstein that anyway, I don’t think I could get that anywhere here). And stores are closed because it’s a national holiday - yeah, lack of planning on my part that I didn’t ask about it yesterday ... But it won’t be the last time I make pumpkin pie this fall/winter, so I’ll try it out next time! I love to make cupcakes from sallysbakingaddiction.com I haven't tried one of her pie recipes but I can't imagine it being anything less than awesome!!
