Honestly, I'm feeling like I'm talking to a wall.
That's why I didn't want to be a PM, but instead just doing QA, and now I'm getting a lot of stress lately (like when I was a PM and I don't even get paid like one!).
This is not good, there is no process or workflows, everything is a mess and we are out of hands. I cannot step into this rhytim anymore, or I will colapse -.-

Colleague(s) Issues.
I’ll make it brief because writing this actually give me emotional and physical pain, lol.
1. My boss suddenly asked for the project that i’m currently working on for this Wednesday. And it was a major project that i’m afraid, i wouldn’t be able to finish on time.
2. My colleague suddenly chatted me to ask for my help, in an unpleasant way. He literally said that i do nothing at work, hence, i should help him. The audacity i swear to God. Sir, if you require someone’s help, please ask nicely.
3. That unpleasant male colleague was literally the same person who degraded me to the point of depression for a week. He literally asked me for a coffee hangout just to say bad things about me, yet afterwards had the audacity to said whatever he wants via chat and embarrassed me by saying things on my instagram account. I’m one touch away from completely blocking out this person for giving me so much anxiety. Truly.
4. I don’t understand what is with working people and their blabbering mouth. I mean, is it really necessary to say bad things behind you colleagues’ back? Is being nice that hard?
5. Please please, always be nice to people. You have no idea what life issues they are dealing with and you have absolutely no right to judge them based on the things that you perceive without understanding the whole situation.

I really hate that time of the year (NOW) when all our instruments passed the annual external check... Our Chromatogaph was working yesterday before "the techician" put his "expert" hands on it!!!!! It's 12:10 and I couldn't make it work!! I've started at 8:15h!!!!!!!
