#workin shit

oh i never talked about it but at work during our big event, the very first song the DJ played was "Blurred Lines". But he made it up and played "Gangnam Style" and "Dance Dance".

A customer of mine asked me to be her homecoming dance date. I thought she was joking but this girl was 110% serious. The girl and her friends come in once a week to try on clothes and whatever and I guess they come in a lot bc they think I'm cute? (I'm flattered, they're adorable girls.) but the girl really wants me as her homecoming date and I felt bad telling her that I couldn't for a number of reasons and she seemed sad. I at least hugged her before they left to make up for it.

I finally was able to get on my break. Had to call a manager twice to get someone else over to my dept since I was alone. Now there's one person ringing and two doing fitting rooms and cleaning. Today's fucking insane.

i keep getting these weird feelings at work like today i played manager for 2 and half hours, helping out other associates and also calling around to the local high schools bc HOMECOMING!!!! SEASON!!!!! oh my god and i have to call more people on Sunday and im just like!!! i hate talking on the phone 8(

I woke up at 11:30 today, 2 hours after my alarm and 30 minutes before my shift started. Lmao gooooo meeeee. I was 5 minutes late to work. Way 2 go Kade.

We also talked dinosaurs and terrible sci-fi films for about a half hour and that was gr8 too. 8')

Got an hour and a half left of work and then I can nap before Andy and Aileen come pick me up for bowling. \m/ Apparently, we're gonna make bowling a monthly thing now haha Oh my co-workers make me laugh.
