😭😭😭 im in a building i dont usually work in & its the busiest building & i barely know the protocol here & the person im working with took off to do other duties today is going to suck so much ass

in my new building today... was worried i was gonna be crazy busy w all sorts of stupid new work but no im bored as hell lol. got everything set up except for my plants (which i left at home to bring in the next day) but now im wondering if i shouldnt just stop home & pick them up at lunch :/ my desk so bare without them :///

im kinda pissed now... someone took one of my fish pens from my desk, lost the cute tail-shaped cap, and put the pen in the public use pen jar instead of back in my drawer. bastard. i hope whoever that was steps in dog shit. i hope they flub an important sale.

sigh... looks like my employers are serious about moving me to a different building. i'd hoped they were going to change their minds last minute and not tell anyone like they do all the time, but today they had me trained in some duties associated with that position -_-

was asked (& agreed bc i like this kind of duty & i have the free time) to take up the duty of creating employee extension lists once the lady doing it retires... i was first choice bc im apparently the most tech-savvy cashier 😭

my favorite customers are the really sweet older women who compliment my craftwork, and the old men who are just relentless unrepentant rascals. the ones who, when i ask if they'd like their receipts stapled to their paperwork, ask me to staple a couple hundred dollar bills on as well :p

uhm if youre a customer and a receptionist tells you theyre going to get someone for you, dont follow them when they leave lol

heh. whatever thieving fool took the two batteries i brought from home out of my box of personal supplies at work is about to get karmic justice -- those things were dead, i just kept forgetting to bring them home to dispose of.
