the 'serious character' thing basically applies to my muse, master magnus, which is why i dunk on him so often.

he's out of touch, and clownish people will dunk on you for that. semi-serious people will flip it around on you.

'oh you're so serious because you're actually childish!' like a lot of people just don't sit and take endless criticism, actually. or stuffiness.
