I like to think of my work as a video game. The further you go, the harder the levels get = the harder you work, the harder it is to keep working because you start getting tired. But with a video game, you donโt immediately jump to the hardest levelโ you train, you get used to the game controls, etc. working to me is very much the same, I donโt constantly aim to work until I pass out (as much as Iโd like to) because it would just physically hurt too much in the process. I strategically get myself used to sleep deprivation, dehydration, hunger, etc. so my body can get used to functioning like that while still working. The end goal, ofc, is to fully collapse one day from workingโ like pass out, lose consciousnessโ it means Iโve actually done *everything* I can, worked to my absolute limit, maximized productivity. Whatโs cool about that is that your body knows exactly what your limit is and wonโt let you cross the limit by collapsing, so you donโt even have to worry about โcrossing limits,โ when your body physically wonโt let you do it for you.
