Cranking out some #armor in this case a #viking #helmet which is what I was working on using the cut off pipe as a dishing block. As you can see it works quite well. It's a brisk 10°F today, -12° to those that didn't land on the moon, so I'll be wearing my thick gloves in the shop today to finish it up. If you want to make armor plates but don't have the tools, a cut-off from a thick walled pipe and a rounding hammer serve very well as a dishing block and a stretching hammer. At long last, the Super Wolf Blood Moon Eclipse set is finished! The blades were forged of 88 layer #damascussteel under said moon in 2019, handled I'm thrice lightning struck Dogwood burl with natural shed deer antler guards and pommels and spacers of #ebony and #malachite.
