The other had a point, but Lycus still couldn’t help but worry that he was the broken one in his pack. His sisters seemed to adapt better than him. Rhudi, he’d never been able to tell much with his brother. “It’s hard to get out my own head sometimes, Aurora and Silver seem to manage to do it so much easier, seeing past everything dad did.”

“How are you adjusting to things?” Laura asked. They still don’t know how she came back, but when she did, her eyes were red and that was an issue for another time. Right now she was focusing on the betas. 

and there he was again, back in beacon hills. it wasn’t a surprise that he’d one day end up there again, that there would be another threat they had to deal with, be it hunters or some new supernatural monster, but it still felt a little weird. they’d met up at the mccall house, speaking about everything that’d been going on. most of them had left already to rest for the night, and theo was doing the same right now, having just walked out of the house.
