Chapter 6: Since I Hearkened to Her Word

At the very least, F'lhaminn's return only spurred on the Scions' resolve to find Minfilia. Not that they had lacked urgency before. Ariane could tell Thancred was thinking of little else. He was noticeably lacking in his usual wit and banter, and though Ariane might have been in little mood for it herself, its absence made the whole of the Rising Stones feel more somber. Nonetheless, Tataru worked with a boundless enthusiasm to restore the Scions, Minfilia included, and her attitude was contagious. As Krile and Thancred led the search for any leads, the others offered their fervent support.

Ariane, of course, offered the same, even if she could not match their cheer. When they needed her, they would have her.
