not to defend nandor rn but this man oozed neurodivergent confusion this ep. like. dude was GENUINELY of the belief that this would be a way to have what he wants while not hurting anyone or going back on any of his promises. and obviously he did stupid things but,, I can't help but feel bad for him. i really don't think his actions are a result of not thinking. he just. doesn't understand why having two freddies would upset guillermo. he wasnt TRYING to make it all about himself, he was trying to solve his problems (his attraction to freddie, his lack of attraction to marwa, and his care for guillermo) WITHOUT upsetting his closest companion. To him, an identical copy of Freddie is the perfect solution! Guillermo's anger is met with real confusion.
and he clearly DID think about marwa in this (not wanting her to hear, saying she seemed happier as freddie). he just. doesn't think to actually consider what SHE might think. maybe not out of negligence but perhaps out of a lack of empathy and ability to put himself in others shoes effectively.
and now all his efforts are gonna crumble down spectacularly. and he is not going to understand why,,,
