This WODshop Self Care Massage Balls are for Exercise & Stress Relief they are really nice. They feel great in my hands or on my feet it is made of durable firm material. I have been having a lot of problems with my right hand going numb and having that numbing tingling feeling this ball is helping to relieve the pain by rolling it in my palms or I hold it and squeeze and release as long as I can and it soothes the pain away and improves blood flow to my hand. I can use it to strengthen my grip, in my fingers, thumbs, wrists & forearms. I can also use it on my feet when my diabetic nerve pain sets in by rolling it under my foot. It helps relieve the pain and cramps. This is a great therapeutic ball for people to use to help relieve stress also. The ball is available in 3 colors I chose the colors green/black which is known to be balancing colors. I think these balls must have a different scent because my dog hasn’t bothered or begged for them as she usually does. I’m sure these balls will help relieve stress and pain for you also. I am pretty much a home body so I just like to sit and use these at home but they are always with me, should I ever need them. These balls are a good quality. I love the look and feel of them.
