Call me insane but this is my favourite scene in the whole movie. I need to learn how to make gifs just to gif this exact shot of this exact scene and have it. Because everything about it is so!!!!!
The bed which is so tiny and alone in the middle of the room and it's wooden and small like a coffin. Then the glass which is protecting his torso - his RIBS - because his ribs are broken, his ribs are vulnerable, this is where emotion hides. And of course the necklace!!!! The symbol of the "curse" itself!!! Still there and wiggling and alive and visible even though the ribs are out of reach.
And then ofc the empty shot glass and the shot... INSANE scene. And with the ouroboros right before this and the window and the disappearing and the WIND. Honestly some scenes in this movie felt like they were short films in and of themselves. I love it so much. There's so much here.
