hi angels! i had a question for you- i had an idea for a witch who wasn't born in a coven, but developed their powers later in their life which concerned/freaked out their family, which led to them finding/turning to a coven. would that be okay?
That is perfectly fine, in fact I think it makes for a very interesting character. Just keep in mind that somewhere in their family line they would have to have had a witch in order for them to be a witch. But it can certainly skip some generations if they decided after the witch trials to stop using magic and join a human family burying their past and your character is a product of that.
