Single tip for buying from Wish
My tip is for buying makeup brushes. I’ve had a couple cheap, cute and fairly functional sets from Wish though I’ve noticed a lot of people complaining they’ve only received one brush when they ordered a set. Here’s my main tip for buying brush sets from Wish; if the product doesn’t have a size selection (4 pack, 8 pack/ set 1, set 2, etc.) don’t buy it. Whether it’s advertised as a set or not means nothing. Wish product titles are basically search tag words so that their product comes up when you search, for example, brush set. Finding the products with size/set/quantity options usually will give you more than one brush.Â
Another thing to note is if the product says 20 brushes for $1/£1 they’re either going to be cheap as hell and half sized or you’re going to get one random brush from the set you’re looking at. Wish is an absolutely fine app to order from and I buy a fair amount of cheap tools and household stuff from there. It’s just knowing how to work through it and get to the actual fair products.
