I know my social anxiety is bad when I am scared to say present on the roll call or to show my face even during the online classes...............

Do pre-meds/med students have same 24 hours a day like the rest of us? Like, they not only do well in academics , stay consistent in it, make cool notes (detailed and pretty always) , attend labs every week , maintain lab reports, have a social life both online and offline, study for 100s of upcoming tests and quizzes, also have time to read books , stay up to date about everything........... Are you all okay? Are you guys sleeping enough or at all? Whoa....

From 'a quiet child' to a 'helpful person', from 'being a pleasure to have in class' to 'doing well in academics', from 'can do much better' to 'needs to participate in class more often', from a very likeable friend to a lonely awkward kid who was only visible to others when they needed notes; from being part of a joke in your friend circle in primary school to smiling to yourself while eavesdropping on other friend circles' jokes in high school; from feeling bad for not being selected for a competition in school to feeling bad to be called on for a presentation in class; from being just a shy kid to literally being terrified of being too cringey or awkward for others to handle; from being an avid reader in primary school just for fun to being a bibliophile as books are your only true friends; from having hands filled with friendship bracelets to having to refresh your messenger apps for at least 1 new message; from trying to be the first one to raise your hands in class to being dreadful to even say yes on your roll call; the introverts grew up....
