Nothing like running into people from your past to make you feel a lil’ cray-cray. That awkward moment when you don’t act the way that they remember, from that one shared moment in time forever ago-due to maturation,and opting to a healthier lifestyle - and hear “OH so you brand new”. That’s the most puzzling thing, it’s like but wasn’t I supposed to?... aren’t we all supposed to...change? If there is no change then there is no growth. True enough, not all change is good but good change isn’t bad. You shouldn’t feel bad about positive growth or change nor allow others to guilt-trip you. Most people encourage it.... Until you outgrow them! It’s one of the hardest things about becoming an adult, but you shouldn’t stunt your growth to hold on to people you’re supposed to let go of. If you do you’re hindering yourself from welcoming new&better things in your life.  Be your best you
