One year ago today I had all four wisdom teeth pulled out and they’re permanently removed. I was still recovering from that. Having wisdom teeth removed was monumentally difficult. I understand that many people hold it very dear… and I will say that my wisdom teeth extraction often really was a long and painful recovery. But it was also traumatic for me in some ways. I feel like I came out the other end quite battered and bruised, but with a recovery I should be proud of. I say “should” because sometimes it’s hard.
