I hadn’t noticed until now, but there are two wireframe capes.
I’d bought the one with the scarf when it came out, the one without the scarf is available in the office, sold by the NPC that sells the founder’s cape, in the hall off behind some desks.

The office is open and in full party mode. There doesn’t seem to be much going on though, unless they’ve planned something for later. No tickets here, but five should currently be available in Aviary Village from what I’ve heard.
Odd. I’ve already bought the wireframe cape. I’m literally wearing it!

The parade is back too.
And you can once again chill in Aurora’s meditation room.
If you haven’t been able to buy some of the special capes that let you access special features - Nintendo level in Golden Wasteland, the asteroids featured in the season of The Little Prince, or to visit the Nine Colored Deer, or the AURORA concert, here’s your chance to see them for free! You can try on the capes here, and the pipe takes you to the Nintendo level the Switch capes access. Just head to the roof of the office via the event portal and head for the cannon.
New TGC blue cape with attached constellation scarf - matching the wireframe design of this year’s celebration - along with a cute tiara, and a constellation shirt that made me think of the Shirt Tales cartoon (I’m old look it up) with those cute tags on the hems.
Also a bubble machine and chunky shoes with rainbow soles for Days of Color.
There’s an adorable fairy lantern too. You can place it or carry it. I appreciate the effort they went to in making the lights inside appear 3D. Sadly it doesn’t appear to give off much light, but it is very cute. I really like this year’s anniversary offerings.
