Lentil and Beef Stew with Onions, Carrots and Celery Recipe
These two winter smoothies are packed with nutritious ingredients and perfect for a refreshing yet cozy treat during the colder months. One smoothie is packed with greens, while the other contains chia seeds for added texture and omega-3s.
Ingredients: 2 ripe bananas. 1 cup frozen mixed berries. 1 cup unsweetened almond milk. 2 tablespoons almond butter. 1 tablespoon maple syrup. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon. 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg. 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger. 1 cup spinach leaves. 1 tablespoon chia seeds.
Instructions: Apples, mixed berries, almond milk, almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger should all be put into a blender. Mix until it's creamy and smooth. The mixture should be split evenly between two glasses. To make the first smoothie, put spinach leaves and half of the mixture into the blender. Blend the smoothie until all the spinach is mixed in and it turns green. Put some of the green smoothie into a glass. For the second smoothie, mix chia seeds into the other half of the mixture that is still in the blender. Add the chia seeds and blend for a short time to mix them in. Change the glass where the chia seed smoothie is in to hold it. Have fun with your two winter smoothies!

ponche navideño is the ultimate cozy holiday vibe—mexican fruit punch that smells like cinnamon dreams and christmas markets in one pot. 🕯️🍐 recipe rundown: boil 4 quarts water w/ 3 cinnamon sticks, handful cloves, 2 cones piloncillo (sub brown sugar). toss in chopped guava, apple, pear, tejocotes, raisins, prunes, tamarind pods + dried hibiscus for color. simmer 40 mins till fruits are tender & house smells amazing. optional: splash of tequila or mezcal. ladle into cups w/ fruit chunks. non-alcoholic magic for all ages. tradition says it wards off winter chill—try it!
