Persona: How does their day-to-day personality compare to their on-stage persona?
Mahi is usually pretty much the same on and off stage! The only differences sometimes are that they kind of get more intimidating (not by choice) on stage, especially right after a performance and they try to appear slightly more charming when all the attention is on them. Off stage they're pretty rude and usually don't care what anyone else does or says.
Development: How did you come up with your character? Is their design still evolving? How do you think they might develop through the story?
Mahi is my most recent addition in my list of ocs! I specifically made them for and around infamous. I decided to finally make a proper desi oc considering how I neglected some of them in the past haha. I came up with their concept to make a fame-hungry mc and it has since evolved in the past week on what kind of "fame-hungry" they are. I think I've already added a lot of aspects to their design to the point that it might seem complete, but I am still open to the idea of further development as the story progresses! I think they will hold their stance on certain things as the story progresses but I also believe they are not gonna recognize themselves by the end of the story haha.
Voice: What does their singing voice sound like? Do you have voiceclaims(s) for them?
I have not gotten around that part of their development yet! My scope of music is pretty limited since I prefer listening to the same songs for years lol but I will eventually get to my mcs voice and voice claims soon!
Fame: Do you think your character will enjoy fame? Do they think they will? What elements do you think they might struggle with? Do you think they’ll be happy at the end of this road?
I don't think Mahi would enjoy the fame they are so desperate for. They are aware of the ups and downs that come with the deal but are still seeking it under the assumption that it is exactly what they want. Given how closed off they are, once the novelty of everything fades away they will most definitely start struggling with their life being public information. But as contradicting as it sounds, they will be happy at the end of this road. While they won't enjoy the loss of privacy, having the entire crowd's eyes on them and them alone (👀) is something they're ready to give everything up for.

Bruce cleared his throat, immensely grateful for his own paranoia. Dick not telling any of them about his arrival was weird in itself, but Bruce had noticed that hitch in his voice, when he called him a week ago. He knew Dick too well, after all, most of his tells were Bruce’s own. Just before leaving for patrol, he decided it wouldn’t hurt to just get one look at Dick, just to make sure he was fine, and that he was worrying about nothing.
He found the door to Dick’s room opened, raising a brow as he stepped closer, Tim’s voice reaching him, “Dick.” Tim never used that tone unless someone needed to stay awake after a concussion.

Nate nods, diligently picking a pink carnation from the collective. He raises a brow at her reaction, as if somehow becoming self-conscious, she glances away from him. She glances back before he could point, leaving the reaction be. He holds out the carnation towards her.
"See, if you were around actual nobles doing that, they would've called you scandalous." A chuckle leaving her as she accepts it. Confusion pertains to his expressions and she can't help but smile at him. It's not a sweet smile, no, it's an amused grin, watching the smartest of their group in such condensed confusion.

Band name: How did they and the others come up with the band name? Has the name changed since it was founded?
Ezra: "Dead Beatz". He thought it would be funny for an experimental band to have such a name when none of their beats are in fact "dead" haha. And no, the band name has been the same ever since it was founded.
Mahi: "Metamorphosiz" (just ignore the "z" in the band names it's just a random unfunny bit i do lol). I hc that a lot of their song themes are insect based since so many insects have a lot of symbolism. Originally before 7's leave the band was called "Beatle bugs" but they later on changed the name to Metamorphosiz while also changing the genre of the band!

Change: How has their personality changed since Seven left the band? Are those changes related to Seven leaving?
Ezra: Ezra's unhealthy coping mechanisms (alcohol) got worse, Seven's leave was his final straw. Before 7's leave there were a lot of issues he used to face in general (with parents and the stressful career obviously) but when seven's tether to the band broke, so did Ezra's sanity to some extent (plus it did not help that he also got dumped by them).
Mahi: Mahi had a somewhat okay-ish outlook on life before. They used to be outgoing and kind to others before 7 left. After 7's leave they became very aloof and closed off, not really caring abt much anymore. Mahi's changes were also caused by the band overall, not just 7; while 7's leave did initiate the disaster, they also found that they don't particularly enjoy their band's company without 7. They love their friends, but they professionally are constantly rethinking abt their place in the band as a team.
Bandmates: How do they feel about the members of the band? Would they still be interested in stardom if they weren’t with that group?
Ezra: Ezra has a complicated relationship with the band. He loves them a lot and will die or kill for them if asked but he wants space which the band isn't good at giving him. He loves making music, but stardom doesn't mean anything to him, the only reason he even agreed for BoTB was because of the band. Which is why he gets along with August best since they are still getting close to the band, but are also aware abt boundaries!
Mahi: Simply speaking, they don't love their bandmates like they are supposed to. Like, they love them in a way that yeah they have been friends forever but they also kind of got detached with the group after 7 left. And the way the band simply doesn't even discuss 7 (or any problems, really) only makes their detachment grow. They constantly make efforts to make the band TALK but that hasn't worked so far. And they would be VERY much interested in stardom with or without the band.
Hero: What is their favourite thing about G? Why is your MC such a big fan?
Ezra: Ezra's admiration for G was his biggest driving factor as a singer. He respects art over anything else, and G's sensational impact on the music industry made him their biggest fan. (Other than that he finds G extremely attractive, he's kinda shameless with that bit.)
Mahi: Mahi's favourite thing abt G is probably the way G has an effect wherever they are present. They don't particularly like G as a person but the way G handle themselves (on camera) was what made Mahi such a huge fan. They idolized and hoped to be able to present themselves in a similar manner the way G did/do.
Manager: Do they get along with O? What do they think of them as their band manager?
Ezra: Ezra may have the biggest, fattest, obvious-but-not-obvious crush on O. He has a flirty personality in general so any time he tries to flirt with Orion he is not taken seriously (which he doesn't know if he's grateful for or not). As his band manager Ezra respects Orion's "hustle"-culture management style, O provides him with a balance to his leading style, which he thinks is very helpful.
Mahi: They are pretty indifferent towards O overall. Oriana has only been with them for 2 years so they don't have any strong opinions towards her and they get along well in a professional capacity. As band manager Mahi appreciates her handling the band's heavy-lifting side of things, which also helps them to still stay somewhat attached to the band and not just stand up and leave.
Lyrics: What are some songs you associate with your character? Any specific lyrics that really scream your character?
I haven't gotten to this part of my mcs yet! I'll be getting to making playlists and finding proper songs once I'm done with a few more playthroughs to solidify my understanding of the story and characters overall! Tho I would say I made Mahi with the song "Fame is a gun" by Addison Rae in mind!
Seven: Do you have headcanons about their friendship and/or romantic relationship (past or future)? What do you imagine some of their best memories are? What do you think some of Seven’s favourite things about your MC were/are?
Ezra: Seven and Ezra were romantically involved before 7 left! Ezra has moved on from their romantic past, and he hopes him and 7 can be friends (or at least get along somewhat) in the future! One of my hcs is that in the past it was Ezra who confessed his feelings first! Some of their best memories would be from middle school when they first discovered their mutual love for music and when they both were learning the guitar! Ezra picked up the guitar later than 7 so he has a core memory of 7 explaining him and holding his hand for the first time to help his grip with the cords! 7's favourite thing about Ezra would be his humor and his habit of being weirdly organized. They would never tell them to his face that they think he's funny, but 7 probably remembers so many days their stomach hurt from laughing together with him.
Mahi: They have been in love with 7 for as long as they can remember, but they never confessed (mostly because it took them a WHILE to even recognize what they were feeling). They are not getting over their feelings for 7 anytime soon and they don't think it'll ever go away lowk. For Mahi I think their best memories together would be the time they dragged 7 to a party secretly for the first time in high school. They remember both of them being awkward around seniors as they danced with a crowd for the first time while Mahi leading them with their practiced choreography moves and 7 slowly catching up. 7's favourite thing abt Mahi would be their obsession over animals (especially insects) and how they are a stupid drunk (asking questions like wtf is a table).
