Gendry didn't think much about office pranks. He knew that Robb and Arya loved playing them (he was unlikely to forget the Vampire Incident), but he didn't usually give them a second thought.

Until he kept being the victim.

For a couple of weeks, he'd received emails from himself from the future warning him of things that were going to happen in the office. He finally figured out that Robb and Arya had gotten his password when he heard them giggling so hard they were snorting and he'd received an email a moment later saying, "At 4:05 today a fire will start in the breakroom. Make sure Ryan turns off the toaster oven."

One time they'd gotten his phone and put it in the ceiling and kept calling him so that his "Dayman" ringtone kept going off every five minutes.

He also realized that the siblings were sending secret messages about him in Morse Code by clicking their pens from across the office. That had just made him nervous.

When he came in one day to find his stapler in a Jell-O mold, however, he gave up.

He stormed over to Arya's desk, because she had been watching with an evil grin and he was a little afraid of Robb anyway. "Is there some kind of issue I can help you out with?"

"I don't know what you're talking about," she said innocently.

He snorted. "Yeah, okay, as if I don't know you've been messing with me for the last seven months--"

"She's trying to ask you out," Robb said as he breezed by.

Arya, much to his surprise, turned a violent shade of red. "Traitor."

Gendry stared at her. "Really?"

She stood up quickly. "I'm going to Applebee's for lunch today if you're interested." And with that, she hightailed it to the ladies' room.
