01/22/2017 本日の〆、初お目見え。ダンナ氏がどこからか仕入れたレシピはピェンロー鍋なるもの。初めて聞いたわ〜干し椎茸の出汁に白菜、鳥肉、豚肉、春雨にたっぷりの胡麻油でぐつぐつ→ アラフォー酒飲みにはコクありでもあっさりで最高でした！！残りの冬もヘビロテの予感♡ Finishing plate tonight was a kind of hot pot I've never had before...Mr. husband trying out his new recipe he got from somewhere it was amazingly good especially with sake!!
