I know it took me a while to get this wedding done, but I’m very happy with how it turned out. I love the color scheme. Since the wedding was on a community lot, I used the Visitor Controller and Inge’s Color Key System to prevent uninvited Sims from crashing the wedding. I simply made all of the guests selectable and told the Visitor Controller to ban anyone who didn’t have a key. It worked perfectly. Not a single rando showed up.
That’s the end of Winter 2004!
Oh, and Happy Sweet 16 to the Sims 2! This is still my favorite game of the franchise.

I’ve been lacking the motivation to play TS2 lately, and the crashing and pink flashing aren’t helping. This will be my last gameplay post until I get back into the game to play. I do still have two more special posts coming today, though.
The next day, Vincent the Reporter showed up at Circe’s bakery. Circe gave him her best smile and asked if she could help him. He rebuffed her but continued to look around like he needed assistance. She tried to help him again, but he kept turning her down.
You all know the old adage that “the customer is always right.” Well, Circe has no problem telling a customer when they’re in the wrong so she let Vincent have it. I cringe because I know this is going to tank her business ranking.

The entire wedding party
It was good that Everson and Tony had already decided to keep the guest list short because their wedding venue was tiny. They invited their roommates, Mark and Jack, and their significant others. Everson also invited all of his former dorm mates from Courtyard, though half of them were already on the guest list by being in the wedding party or the significant other of someone in the wedding party.
Finally, Tony and Everson invited Weston and Patty, the birth parents of their soon-to-be child. Weston had already made plans to be out of town, so he sent his regrets. Patty accepted and brought Killion with her as her date. Tony and Everson were secretly pleased. They had wanted to invite him but didn’t have the space for the rest of their fraternity brothers.
I love this roommate trio. They work so well together. Circe is the driven one, Delandra is the compassionate one, and Ashanti is the logical one. I will be sad when they go their separate ways. It’s not too far off because Delandra is slated to get married next winter.
