    AS THE FAMILIAR voice rings in the human’s ears, it admittedly takes them a moment or two to recognize exactly who it belonged to ( thanks to the lack of the more bro-y inflection they were more used to hearing )... but a quick turn-around is all it takes to be certain. At the sight of the monster, Frisk offers a big grin!

❝Aaron!! Hi, hello!!! How’s it been? It’s been like...❞

    They pause to count on their fingers before gesturing widely.

Tolerance built over nights spent drink far more than a couple bottles was starting to bring him back down; but he was still prone to the stray, quiet laugh under his breath as he fell back into a plush chair with the luxury of arms.

King Dice thought things over for a moment, the silence almost solemn had he not been finding a little comfort in the sight of his own face as it reflected in the half-empty glass with a calmer expression…

“… The worst ‘a luck can attract others of its like, I suppose? You’d think no one’d have any worst than the Devil- ha ha!”

The manager put a hand to his forehead like he’d been exasperated, not wanting to laugh but not able to stop in the moment.  “But Life’s only good at makin’ terrible jokes, ya find, if you’re on the…. right, side of th’ coin fall…”

*There is a twitch to his eye.

*A lamp clicks on, and its revealed that he’s sitting at a table. It has a nice tablecloth on it.

A curious set of eyes rise from the water.

The school was abuzz with whispers that morning, the subject of said commotion seeming almost too oblivious to it all. Even Enya seemed to be at a loss, denying the notion of knowing why her brother showed up.

However, it didn’t take a genius to figure out that Specs may have succeeded in her attempts. Needless to say, there was many a hushed, “What did you say to him?”

The answer was much less warmly received by most. Fearful glances were exchanged, and everyone seemed to be put on edge.

And for good reason. Not a single student was safe that day. The only students that seemed to not receive a prank were the Davis twins, and rather surprisingly, Specs herself. Still, it would be hard to ignore the frustration of the other students as, among many other bothersome pranks, their pencils and supplies were misplaced, and their textbooks hidden, should they look away from them for a moment.
