“Far be it from me to be so foolish, sir.”

Her superior was not possessed of the absolute worst of tempers (that honor went to one more dubious than this), but the Silver Saint was far from stupid; Aphrodite was not a man to be crossed if one wished to live to tell the tale. Eyes wandered behind silver mask, observing the other’s injuries- thank the Lady Athena she was able to hide her curiosity behind cold metal, for that would not go well.

“Don’t worry I won’t let you fall”

He said with a grin as they continued, oh she had good reason to be surprised for more than one reason. He had already stepped on plenty of toes trying to get the dance down on his own time, even going so far as to stay up till dawn practicing with a mannequin to make sure it could be executed properly.

Closing his eyes, he relaxed as her soft hand caressed his cheek. He placed his own hand over hers, moving closer so he could bring her head to rest on his chest. Landing on a spot on the ledge that was not occupied by candles came the two white doves that had been released earlier that day during the wedding ceremony. They landed next to one another, cooing softly.

“Always.”

A quiet laugh slipped unbidden at her husband’s comment; no, he never would, would he? Always her husband was there, in one way or another, holding tight. She could never ask for anything beyond that, nor would she want to do so-if ever the necessity came, for Kira seemed to know and provide before she was even aware. Almost unfair, it was, how he knew her so well. 

The chill setting into the evening air was nothing in the face of the warmth that settled about the bride with her husband’s embrace, face nestled quite happily in the crook of his neck such that her breath tickled his throat. A queen should not appear to need protection, but a wife, on the other hand, a simple woman... what greater comfort could there be than this?

“If only your loved ones could have been here...” she whispered into the comfortable silence between them. “They would have been so happy for you, I am certain...”

“……..”

He could feel a lump forming his throat the longer he looked at the man with verdant hair, it was the same feeling of dread that accumulated anytime he had gotten near Rau le Creusset. He was just about to turn away when he noticed that the mysterious man’s attention had shifted, looking straight towards the 2nd floor window of the Doctor’s home; right where Kira was.

The moment he locked eyes with the other from afar, he was taken aback for a few moments before turning away from the window. Perhaps this is what Mu, Rau’s half-brother had felt each time they dueled one another; a sinking feeling of despair that gnawed away at the heart. It was not until a few moments when he had turned his attention back to the Queen, and Ilia that he noticed their eyes were on him.

“Oh, I’m sorry. Were you saying something?”  

There was a soft knocking on the door downstairs, loud enough that it could be lightly heard from the 2nd floor.

“Only to inquire as to your well-being; you seemed deep in thought.”

Still did her companion appear to be so, Zelda noted, expression one of slight concern. In the little time since they had met, the queen had learned that Kira was not one for losing himself in such a manner; something was quite clearly occupying his mind, something that she would know if she could, as dark feelings drew ever closer. Ilia, on the other hand, did not seem to sense the same and had instead returned to Link’s bedside once more, fretting over the comatose hero silently. At the sound from below, both women jumped, Zelda’s long ears twitching as they registered the sound, face frowning.

“It’s quite late; were the villagers not instructed to remain inside?”

She would absolutely meet them at some point on another : D

Banagher’s eyes glared with a red outline, he emptied his clip firing at galaxia. He had managed to injure one of her leg thrusters, she drew her two beam sabers once more. Banagher drew his own whitebeam sabers from his forearms and dashed towards her. Each of them brought their swords forwards to strike one another, they locked their swords together and each of them hit thrust. Sparks flew from the two as niether gave an inch of space. “Damn You…….this is all your fault!!” Banagher yelled over his speakers, galaxia’s cynical laugh taunting him once more.

Hotaru wasted no time after she received new life from Char, but when she tried to teleport back into the Unicorn she found that she couldn't. Somehow it was rejecting her. She ended up being thrown back. "Saturn!" Uranus caught her and held her close. "What happened?"

Saturn's head was still pounding. She was disoriented and couldn't reply. Her ears were ringing. "Get her home." Pluto ordered.

"No!" Saturn was able to respond. "Banagher...needs me..."

He wouldn't be able to tell she was still alive. She just vanished from the cockpit, he would think she faded away. He needed to see her before she could think of leaving.

"You can't get near him..." Chibi Moon said, looking frighteningly at the fighting. The Unicorn was now glowing in a way that seemed malicious. Hateful energy was radiating off it. The clashing of beam sabers was so violent physically approaching would be impossible.

"Banagher..." said Saturn.
