she's attempting to clean the gun when mikayla's voice breaks her concentration, nat's head tilting up and looking around until she spots the person in question. it makes her brows furrow, eyes looking back to mikayla, then to tai, then to mikayla again. ❝ yeah. she's good with it, ❞ she responds, though her voice is duller than usual, suspicious about the sudden compliment to tai of all people. she's not entirely naive, though, and she knows thing about mikayla others likely don't— so it makes her even more curious, lightening up slightly as she tries to test the waters. ❝ she could probably use some help, though, ❞ she suggests, eyes drifting back to mikayla. ❝ i mean, pretty sure if anyone else here would be good at swinging an ax, it'd be you. ❞
