When in Texas ...you have BBQ! My brother lives in Austin and he suggested picking up some meat at @donnsbbqtx close to his house. A perfect keto meal! I asked him if he had any decent wine (he home-brews beer) and he pulled out a 2004 Marques de Riscal Reserva from Rioja. “That’ll do,” I said. A terrific pairing for pork ribs, beef ribs, spicy sausage, brisket.
